Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement and total core strength. This class is offered in two formats; 1- All Level: we practice at an intermediate level with beginner modifications 2- Beginner: we practice at beginner level, with additional instruction and slower pace.
