Balance and Movement (Chair Yoga)

Balance and Movement is an opportunity to explore yoga without moving up and down from the mat. We will focus on improving balance, preventing injuries and muscle recovery. Many props will be used to aid each individual body in creating safe and effective movement with the added benefit of breath work. This class gives you all the standing series poses you would get from a traditional class but instead of moving up and down from the mat we use the Chair as our home base.
