Slow Flow Yoga

Slowing down the flow of yoga can offer us a chance to feel the body in new and exciting ways. Slow Flow offers all of the breath work and movement of a quicker paced class but in a slower format to offer beginners the chance to explore yoga and more advanced individuals the chance to explore the moves in more depth through introspection. This class is a great place to start if you’re new to yoga or are looking for a slower paced experience.
