Myofascial Release movements with a foam roller and tennis ball can enhance the muscle release that you already receive from your Yoga practice. In this class we come to our mats starting with breath work, then work our way into a gentle flow doing poses that will then be paired with Myofascial Release movements to maximize the benefits of your Yoga practice.
