Pilates – All Level

Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement and total core strength. This class is considered an All Levels Class, which means we practice at an intermediate level with beginner modifications. We also offer a Beginner Mat Class. Instructor Bridget Schuch is certified with Power Pilates.
